I had male nose revision surgery with 3D silicone and donated costal cartilage. After my first surgery, the glabella area looked too high and overall my nose looked very crooked, so I was going around consulting at clinics that perform surgery using 3D implants. During that process, I had an extremely thorough consultation at Lowell Plastic Surgery, and I felt that I could entrust my second surgery to this place, so I decided to have surgery there! Even though it was a revision surgery and donated costal cartilage was used, there was no extra charge. It was exactly the event price I had seen before going. It is also a clinic known for revision surgery, and Director Kim Jae-yoon explained in detail and thoroughly how he would operate, how he would use the 3D implant, and how quadruple fixation with donated costal cartilage would be done, so I trusted the clinic! Another thing I liked was that they didn’t use only donated costal cartilage, but also used my ear cartilage together to make the nasal tip feel more like my own. It has now been 2 weeks since surgery. I had heard swelling is worse with revision surgery than with the first surgery, but actually I had much less swelling than during my first surgery! I think it’s thanks to the swelling injections and swelling laser treatments I received each time I visited the clinic haha. The aftercare was good, and they also did keratin care, so I liked that. The line was definitely operated on well according to the design I wanted, and since I’m still only at week 2, I think there is still swelling remaining in the nasal tip area! I hope one month passes quickly haha
