The red part has ear cartilage placed up there, but in the white part, a small cotton swab goes farther up inside the nostril to about that area. Why is it like this? Is everyone like this? Before surgery, the inside of my nose was round, there wasn’t a groove like that, and it was flesh, but after surgery there’s a hole up to the upper part of the nostril. There’s also a smell coming from there. Is it normal after surgery for everyone to have a nostril groove like that? Is it because of the support strut, because of strut extension, or did they remove and stretch the flesh from the upper part of my original natural nose? If anyone knows, please, I’m begging you I really feel like I’m gradually going crazy. I may need removal too…
