I had rhinoplasty with difficult Gore-Sili and septal extension. I want to have it removed because the cartilage is showing through, but more than the nose shape afterward, I’m so scared of the surgery that I keep putting it off. The shape matters too, of course, but are there any clinics that are especially more conservative and safety-oriented? I especially don’t want sedation anesthesia, so even if it’s old-fashioned, if the surgery is about two hours, I want to think of myself as dead, endure it, and have it removed. Please, I really need recommendations for experienced clinics that prefer local anesthesia and manage patients well during surgery. Thank you for reading.

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoJan 3 Would it be right to remove the silicone?
