After <after surgery> I had rhinoplasty in 2017. But I think the nasal implant was done in a very unnatural-looking way, so honestly, after the surgery, I heard a lot of comments and talk that it was really obvious I had had rhinoplasty. Also, maybe because I had ptosis correction this time, the proportions between my nose and eyes looked really off. So I started looking into places that remove nasal implants. Since I live outside Seoul, I consulted with the so-called three famous major clinics in Seoul, as well as the private clinic where I had my eye surgery and other private clinics, then thought it over and made my decision. I was so scared that my nose might become upturned, but one place answered me so kindly, even though it could have been annoying, so I decided on that place. I also bothered them a lot through KakaoTalk, but they answered me well.
It has been about 3 months since the surgery now, and it looks natural. I actually feel like I’ve been able to live more confidently than when I had rhinoplasty. The director also complimented me, saying I looked better after removing the nasal implant.
When I had the nasal implant, honestly, the color was also an issue. Every winter, my nose tended to turn red, or sometimes yellowish, so I wondered if this was normal. But at the clinic where I had my nose surgery, they just laughed it off and said there was nothing wrong and that everyone is like that in winter.
But the director and consultant said that, regarding this issue, the nasal implant was too large and had been positioned in a very unnatural way, and told me we should absolutely remove it quickly. So for me, having removed the nasal implant, honestly, once it was removed, I felt relieved, and since I had been worried and concerned about side effects, I felt it was fortunate.
When I had the nasal implant, even in photos, honestly, my nose looked too high, and because it looked unnaturally large, it was so unnatural that people could immediately tell I had raised my nose through surgery. Really ㅠㅠ
After removing the nasal implant, when taking photos and wherever I go, honestly, compared with when I had the nasal implant, I feel like I’ve been able to go around more confidently after removing it! ^^
If there are people 고민ing about nasal implant removal, I really want to recommend that you get it removed.
