Two years ago, I had the silicone removed, septal extension done, ear cartilage placed on the nasal tip, and reconstruction because the alar cartilage was folded. But while getting dental treatment, the ear cartilage on my nasal tip started to show through, and then breathing through my nose became uncomfortable Could the septal extension have broken and caused the ear cartilage to come down? I’m going for a consultation next Tuesday at the place where I had the revision surgery, and I’m so anxious. I’m scared I’ll have to live like this for the rest of my life.
