Is there anyone whose nose became pinched because the alar cartilage was damaged after silicone removal? I thought it was a simple removal, so I did it at a clinic near my house, but sigh ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ I regret it so much ㅠㅠㅠ At another clinic, while removing cartilage, the pinched part did return, but I'm so worried that once the swelling goes down, the damaged area might become pinched again ㅠㅠ Is there anyone like me? ㅍ
