Is there anyone who had an opinion of excessive septal cartilage harvesting and got it removed? I only had primary surgery, and I had the nasal tip done with ear cartilage and an extension support graft using septal cartilage, plus deviated nose correction. I’m not exactly sure whether this deviated nose correction was a spreader graft or not, and according to the hospital, they said they added something to the opposite side of the deviated septum, but they said it wasn’t a spreader graft. But I don’t trust them At ㄷㅌㅈ ㅈㅇㅅ, I was told that my septal cartilage was probably small to begin with, but it seems a lot was harvested, and that an L-strut was left. My memory of ㅈㅇㅅ is a bit blurry though I want to remove it because of breathing problems from my left nostril, but I’m scared to just take it out recklessly Saddle nose …
