This feels hopeless...

I have this surgery history: 1. In 2006, after non-open surgery with L-shaped silicone, 1-1. I felt something protruding inside my nose, so two weeks later they checked the silicone by a non-open approach, 1-2. The silicone was crooked and had come down, so they corrected the silicone again by a non-open approach; within a month and a half, I had three non-open procedures and developed inflammation and contracture. 2. In 2007, open approach, autologous costal cartilage for the nasal tip, autologous dermis from the buttocks for the nasal bridge. 3. In 2008, I remember it as revision surgery only on the nasal bridge, presumed donated costal cartilage for the nasal bridge. I am currently in consultations for complete removal because of cartilage show-through and deviation at the nasal tip, and during consultation, my nose...
