Long post warning. I went to the three major places around me for nose removal, so I’ll write a review. First, my nose: my first surgery was in 2020 with silicone. I thought septal cartilage had been used, but in 2022, while removing the silicone, I had autologous dermis on the nasal bridge, ear cartilage for the nasal tip, and septal cartilage used. At that time, mesh that I hadn’t known about from the first surgery came out. Seriously, that large ㄷㅇㅇ hospital in Gangnam drives me crazy lol don’t go there. People from there opened another clinic, ㅇㅇㅂ, so about two-thirds of the mesh was removed and part of it couldn’t be removed But the dermis was high at first, then got lower over time...
