The swelling is too thin (taken down)

I had an incisional double-eyelid surgery and epicanthoplasty When I went for the consultation, I had contact lenses on, so before the surgery, the doctor seemed a little concerned I think I may have mild ptosis, but I just had fat excision with the incisional double-eyelid surgery and epicanthoplasty. But it's only been 2 days, and if my left eye has only a little swelling like that, won't it become thin once the swelling goes away??
