It’s been 5 months since I had the septal extension removed, and recently a horizontal line has started to appear in the area between the nasal bone and the nasal tip, to the point that it’s visible under light. Recently, I was already having issues with nasal congestion and discomfort, though I don’t know if it’s rhinitis or a structural problem with my nose, and now it’s happening externally too. What kind of problem could be causing the horizontal line?
