I had full removal of silicone and ear cartilage, removal of the nasolabial implants, and rhinitis surgery too. Two days after surgery, the nasal packing was removed, and they said the silicone pads are still inside. It’s been 4 days now, but I still can’t breathe comfortably, I’m still very swollen, and my nose keeps running. They said I could use a baby nasal aspirator, so I’m using it gently. Will it get a little better by day 5?
