Has anyone with silicone had the silicone lift up..? Anyone…

<I only wanted to change this nasal tip to costal cartilage,, what a bolt from the blue..> In January 2022, I had revision surgery as A/S at the hospital where I had previously had surgery because my nasal tip was quite upturned. For both my primary and revision surgeries, the materials were silicone and ear cartilage. Starting around 6 months after surgery, I felt like my nasal tip was slightly lifting, so recently I went to the hospital where I had the surgery to get a CT scan and consultation. But the director who operated on me had moved to another hospital, so I consulted with the head director. After looking at the CT, they said the silicone near the glabella had lifted a bit. The head director said they view this as a sign of inflammation, and asked whether my nose had ever hurt, felt heavy, or felt like there was a foreign-body sensation. But I had never had anything like that .. So when I said I hadn’t, the director said that they would usually diagnose it as inflammation for now, remove the implant, then test the silicone removed from my nose for inflammation, do stem-cell treatment, treat it for 2 months (free), and then if there’s no inflammation, charge only the material cost and do surgery with silicone + costal cartilage; if there is inflammation, do surgery with dermis + costal cartilage. But I don’t have any pain or any symptoms of those kinds of side effects at all, and I really don’t want to remove it and go back to my old nose, even if only for a few months .. So I’m asking because I wonder if I really need to do this. Should I consult with directors at other hospitals first? To see whether it’s inflammation or not? I originally had a low nose, so the silicone was placed fairly high, and the ear cartilage in the nasal tip couldn’t hold up and bent slightly forward. I thought I would only need to change that part to costal cartilage, but now they’re saying it seems like inflammation, so I’m really distressed.. I also thought about having surgery at another hospital, but since it would be my third surgery, the cost is no joke, so that’s a burden too.. When I searched this community, I couldn’t find cases of silicone lifting like this, so I’m writing this question. For now, would it be better to remove it as quickly as possible..?
