I originally had a hump nose and a low nasal bridge, so I had 5 mm silicone put in and septal cartilage placed in the nasal tip, but the nasal tip shows through sooo much and the silicone also seems to be getting more and more crooked, so I’m thinking of removing it. I want to take out the silicone but leave a little cartilage in the nasal tip If it’s already showing through, will it keep showing even if I lower the height? I don’t want to go back to a hump nose Is there anyone here who had silicone removed and had the nasal tip redone at one of the top three clinics? Please help
