Is there anyone here who had functional nose surgery together with cosmetic surgery and had removal at ㅍㄹㅁ or ㅅㅇ? I’ve had consultations, but the directors’ styles are a bit different, and there can also be unexpected disappointment with aftercare or a sudden change in attitude. I’m already doing this while feeling physically and mentally unstable. Also, if anyone has had a nasal valve spreader graft removed, please don’t pass by and help me.
