I'm entering my 4th month after nose surgery. But since right after the surgery, if I look closely inside my right nostril, the septal area is bulging out, so the airway is relatively narrower. At first, I wondered if it was swelling or scar tissue, but after looking around, people describe that as the airway becoming narrowed. What I'm curious about is whether the cause is septal extension. It seems like something long was added and attached to the septum, making the middle part bulge out. I'm currently considering nose implant removal, and some people say there are places that remove while leaving the columellar strut, but when the airway becomes narrower...
