At an ENT clinic, not a plastic surgery clinic. It’s been quite a while since I had my septal support removed, but a septal deviation gradually developed, and it’s bothering me enough to cause discomfort in daily life. I went to two well-known ENT clinics in the area where I live, but because my nose had undergone cosmetic surgery, they seemed reluctant to operate.
