The consultant said it was a septal extension support graft, but after reading through this community carefully, people say that with septal extension, the columella comes down more and becomes longer. But why did my columella go up even more? ㅠㅠㅠ Originally my columella was a bit long and rounded, but now it has become shorter and tucked in like columellar retraction ㅠㅠㅠ Even from the side, it looks more recessed than the nasal ala ㅠㅠㅠ Why is this happening? ㅠㅠㅠ Did they manipulate something else more? If I remove it, will it go back? ㅠㅠㅠ I am so stressed that I cannot sleep at all, and my daily life has stopped too ㅠㅠ
