I’m planning revision rhinoplasty; how much is the average estimate??

I’m going to reuse the autologous costal cartilage I already have, and I only want to raise the nasal tip higher. I also don’t like the angle. If I do it this way, would they raise it by stacking cartilage on top of the nose?
