My nose is large and I have a dorsal hump, so I definitely plan to do nostril reduction and dorsal hump removal by cutting. But I’m not sure what would look pretty for the nasal tip and nasal bridge. I’m asking for advice. Before getting hospital consultations, I want to ask here for advice on whether or not to insert an implant and what kind of surgery to do.
