The hospital was large and the facilities were good. So naturally there must be a lot of people as well. They were kind in tone and intonation, but in a way that felt almost ingrained. There was a kind of kindness that I just didn’t really feel? For the nose consultation, I said what I was dissatisfied with and what I wanted, then they simply and clearly said this is how we’ll do the surgery, and took my questions.
