I’m planning to have the silicone removed this week. Since I had 2 mm inserted, they said there won’t be a big change, so I’m at least feeling relieved as I wait for the surgery. But can I ask anyone who has had the surgery how you managed swelling? I’d be grateful if you could recommend something like medicine to reduce swelling.

Because of the osteotomy and shaving down the nasal bridge, even the area between my eyes changed, but for the nasal tip too, the rounded end of my columella was subtly large. If it comes down, will the volume on both sides spread out too?
