Because of the osteotomy and shaving down the nasal bridge, even the area between my eyes changed, but for the nasal tip too, the rounded end of my columella was subtly large. If it comes down, will the volume on both sides spread out too? I didn’t know the front view would change like this. It drops down too straight, and it feels like the wings are attached. Why do I only realize now that having volume in the nose is pretty? The nose itself is slim, but my face looks too wide instead, ha. And from the side profile, anyone can see it’s a surgically high nose, so I’m embarrassed. I had surgery in April, so I’m 4 months post-op.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
