For those who had implant removal surgery while leaving the septal support in place, if surgery is done leaving the septal support, does it become a drooping, arrow-shaped nose? Right now, the columella has been pulled downward, so I’m also stressed that my nose becomes arrow-shaped when I smile I’m curious whether, if it’s left in place, it will become an arrow-shaped nose when I smile like it does now. I know they would have to open it up to know, but I want complete removal, and since I can’t know how much septum is left or how weak it is, I’m so worried

I had open surgery at the same hospital where I originally had it done, and the removal cost was only the anesthesia fee. I think the surgery took about an hour. Right up until I entered the operating room, I was so conflicted and scared.
