Ha... I had silicone, septal cartilage, and ear cartilage, but because of cartilage show-through, I had the ear cartilage removed and had surgery to lower the silicone. At the time of surgery, they said the septal cartilage support strut would absolutely never show through, but sure enough, my skin couldn’t hold up, and the septal cartilage inside protruded, so it started showing through again in a round shape, the same pattern as when the ear cartilage was showing through. The hospital is saying we should lower the septal cartilage too and lower the silicone further, but my skin is as damaged as it can get, so I don’t know what to do. I think my skin was badly damaged while removing the adhered ear cartilage, but the septal cartilage…
