Has anyone had removal done at Sㅇ? It’s so hard. If anyone has had removal done, please share your review. There are only praise posts, so I still don’t really know I’m right before booking surgery, and I feel so unsettled. They said they would remove the septal extension and silicone and do cartilage repositioning, but they said they can’t guarantee that my nose won’t become upturned
