Is there anyone whose nose became pinched because the alar cartilage was damaged after silicone removal? I thought it was a simple removal, so I did it at a clinic near my house, but sigh I regret it so much At another clinic, while removing cartilage, the pinched part did return, but I'm so worried that once the swelling goes down, the damaged area might become pinched again Is there anyone like me? ㅍ
