Two years ago, I had the silicone removed, septal extension done, ear cartilage placed on the nasal tip, and reconstruction because the alar cartilage was folded. But while getting dental treatment, the ear cartilage on my nasal tip started to show through, and then breathing through my nose became uncomfortable ㅠㅠ Could the septal extension have broken and caused the ear cartilage to come down? I’m going for a consultation next Tuesday at the place where I had the revision surgery, and I’m so anxious. I’m scared I’ll have to live like this for the rest of my life.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
