I’m thinking about having only my nasal tip operated on for a bulbous nose without implants, but is it better to go for a dramatic look, or is it better to make it so natural that people cannot tell I had surgery? I do only want to get rid of the blunt feeling at the tip, but it’s difficult. Also, when going for hospital consultations, bringing photos would be the most direct way to convey the feeling, right?
