Before/after At the beginning of this year, I reduced it by 5 mm, but it still felt too big, so around the end of May I had revision surgery again to reduce it by 4 mm! If you get revision surgery within 1 year, it’s one-quarter of the price, so I thought I should just do it before a year passes and got it done quickly!! I think it was good that I reduced it once more haha. Honestly, after the first surgery, it did get a bit smaller, but it still felt big
I’m really satisfied. For people who are stressed about having large nostrils, this is a surgery I’d want to recommend. I liked that the scarring was less than I expected, but looking at other people, it seems to vary from person to person… When comparing before and after, the difference is bigger than expected, but people around me in real life absolutely don’t know I had surgery. They just say I got prettier!! When looking at my face overall, it’s not like it changes drastically; I think it’s more that the somewhat masculine feeling I had before is gone.
