I previously had nose surgery where they shaved down my hump and inserted silicone, but because I was worried about side effects and dissatisfied with the shape, I went for a consultation about nose implant removal Before the consultation, when I searched online and looked into it, people said the capsule definitely has to be removed. But the hospital I consulted at said that if there’s no inflammation, the capsule doesn’t have to be removed, and that removing the capsule can strain the skin. Are there people who did not have the capsule removed when removing nasal silicone? I’m curious whether you were okay without removing the capsuleㅠㅡㅜㅜ
