It's been about 13-14 years since my last surgery, and I had it done with donated costal cartilage and silicone. While looking into revision surgery, I'm now thinking more comfortably about removal instead. In this case, will my nasal tip lift a lot? I'm worried because I've had nose surgery 3 timesㅠㅠ I'm planning to go for consultations at ㄱㅇㅅ and ㅅㅅㅇㅅㅇ, but please, if anyone has done this, share your experience about where restoration would turn out best ㅠㅠ
