My nose was originally small and low, but in my first surgery they overdid it by leaving the nasal bridge alone and raising only the nasal tip with autologous costal cartilage, so it became pointy and chopped-looking, the shape was unnatural, and the foreign-body sensation was severe, so I was looking into removal hospitals.
