When I was very little, I broke my nose after being hit by a baseball bat, so they shaved it down and inserted silicone. That was about 20 years ago, I think. But lately the area around my nose has been swollen, so I went to a dermatologist just in case, and they said it was silicone inflammation. I'm taking antibiotics and steroids now, but they said if the medicine doesn't work, the silicone has to be removed. Can anyone recommend a hospital
