I had septal extension, but they said my septal cartilage was insufficient, so they also used septal bone. I want complete removal, but would having used septal bone carry a lot of risk? They said they left more than 15 cm of cartilage, but I’m worried that if I remove it because of the bone, I might get a saddle nose
