Should I trust what the hospital says?

It's currently almost 2 months after removal. Right before the removal surgery, they said they would only tie the cartilage that had been opened up to insert the support strut with absorbable sutures (I was crazy). From the taping in the recovery room, the nose shape looked triangular at the tip from the front, the flesh above the nostrils had contracted + the nose looked slightly pinched. When I asked why this was happening, the manager said it was because of the taping. Even at 2 months, the nose shape still hasn't changed, so I kept arguing with the manager, and they said there is no change because it was removed, it cannot go back 100% to my original nose, there was no cartilage resection or damage, why am I being like this when the operating surgeon says it's fine, it is not a surgery that deforms the nostrils, and maybe because I kept arguing and they found it annoying, they said they won't even answer these kinds of questions anymore lol Is this because of cartilage binding.. or is it damage.. I don't think it's the contraction phase.. It was wrong from the beginning.. because it was triangular from the recovery room If it's damage, I think my heart will really hurt so much.. Then they reinforce it with ear cartilage.. ha.. I'm so depressed every night that I feel like I'm going crazy. I want to be done with my nose I'm going to see the doctor on Saturday.. I really hate doctors who make a nose this bad and shamelessly walk around with their faces out What's even more annoying is that this is a change only I know, so it's frustrating Other people just say, "Your old nose is back!!" But.. not at all.. I have a lot of occasions to take photos this year, and it's just ruined.. I'm truly devastated. When I see my friends' soft original noses, I'm so jealous that I want to turn back time. This got long.. Anyway, can I really trust what the hospital says? I regret so much that I didn't go to a removal specialist + Everyone, I know you're in a hurry, and I feel the same way I will not answer questions that are unrelated to the questions in this post
