I’m not considering removal, but revision surgery without implants, and I’m debating between Director ㅅㅈㅇ at ㄷㄹ and ㅅㅇ. But ㄷㄹ seems to have some broker issues If anyone here has actually had revision surgery without implants for a short nose/upturned nose due to side effects, not contracture, please leave a comment, whether it’s a hospital recommendation or an actual surgery review
