I’m planning revision rhinoplasty, but something from the consultation bothers me, so I’m worried

I had my first surgery when I was 20, and at the time I think they shaved down the hump a bit, made the nasal bridge with Gore-Tex, and tied the nasal tip. Then as time passed, the Gore-Tex that had been inserted started showing through, and depending on the lighting, the outline of the Gore-Tex stands out clearly. Before it got any later, I finally decided to have surgery after more than ten years and went to a clinic for a consultation. I told the doctor that the two things I wanted to improve first were removing the implant and improving nasal obstruction on one side. Then they said the inside of my nose is deviated, making breathing difficult on that side, and that they would remove as much of the tissue there as possible. But despite that…
