I had my first surgery when I was 20, and at the time I think they shaved down the hump a bit, made the nasal bridge with Gore-Tex, and tied the nasal tip. Then as time passed, the Gore-Tex that had been inserted started showing through, and depending on the lighting, the outline of the Gore-Tex stands out clearly. Before it got any later, I finally decided to have surgery after more than ten years and went to a clinic for a consultation. I told the doctor that the two things I wanted to improve first were removing the implant and improving nasal obstruction on one side.
