I went to one of the famous top 3 places. It was a revision surgery consultation. I had surgery last year, and they immediately picked up on issues like not being able to smell well. They explained by drawing directly and showing examples on my nose, making it much easier to understand. Personally, I liked him because he felt like my professor haha
