I had the straight silicone implant and Medpor removed. I didn’t have inflammation or contracture, but the cartilage inside my nose was protruding a lot. I still can’t really tell because of the splint, but my nasal bridge and nasal tip don’t seem much different. There’s cotton inside my nose, so it’s really hard to breathe.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
