I had bulbous nose surgery using septal cartilage, and the nasal tip has gotten bigger than it was at one week Is it normally like this? Is this swelling, or is it scar tissue? At the one-week mark, the doctor said I had a lot of swelling, but can swelling become even greater than it was at one week? Other people say the swelling gradually goes down, but my boyfriend is saying maybe the surgery went wrong.
