Fortunately, there are no functional issues. My nasal tip is pointy, and the shape is closer to a straight nose than a straight-to-slightly-curved nose, so I’m thinking about revision surgery. I’m debating between replacing the silicone with a lower one vs removing the silicone. If I remove it, will the nasal bridge height drop a lot? I’m considering ㅁㄱ ㅋㅇㅍㄹㅅ ㅇㄷㅇㅇㅇ ㅈㅅㅌ, so if anyone here had it done there, please help
