For my first surgery, I had silicone, nasal septal cartilage, and ear cartilage, and this time I’m trying to remove the silicone. I’m asking because I’m wondering if it would be okay to leave the nasal septal cartilage that acts as the columellar support and remove only the ear cartilage. I’m also wondering if anyone here has done that.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
