Originally, I had a low nose with a short nose where the nasal tip had an upturned tendency. The radix starting point was also low, and I didn’t really have a nasal bridge. For the surgery, they used silicone, removed a little fat from the nasal tip, built support using septal cartilage and donated costal cartilage as struts, and said they placed cartilage on the nasal tip and lowered the tip. If the nasal tip is lowered like this or a lot of material was put in, would early removal be better than waiting 6 months for returning to my original nose? And after everyone’s nose removal surgery, what happened to nasal breathing or the eyes looking pulled together? Did they go back?
