I don’t know if people will say this is a bit unusual, but I liked having round, bulging fat at the tip of my nose. It covered my originally upturned nose and made it look harmonious. I guess it made my face look cute. Right now I’m thinking about full nose implant removal, and since I’ve only had one surgery so far, I do have a feeling it might go well, but I’m worried that because of the fat removal from my nasal tip, the upturned nose could get worse or the bulbous-nose feel like my original nose could disappear. What does everyone think?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
