For the past few days, I’d been lurking a lot in this community, reading posts about whether to remove everything or only remove the silicone, and in the end I made up my mind yesterday and had the silicone removed. The reason I removed it was that I really liked the shape of my nose, but I felt psychological pressure about possible side effects that might happen someday ˃̣̣̣̣︿˂̣̣̣̣ Still, my original nose was reeeally short and slightly upturned, so I thought I’d feel a huge sense of loss if I removed the nasal tip too.
