I had septal extension before, and when I got a consultation, they said they could reinforce the septal cartilage. They said the meaning of reinforcement is just putting it back in its original place. Would it be better to reinforce it? I feel like someone posted before that after reinforcement, it became even more uncomfortable. What should I do
