I removed everything, including the septal support, ear cartilage at the nasal tip, ear cartilage on the nasal dorsum, and cartilage tying, and came home, but my nose has shrunk, become a pinched nose, the nostril shape is completely triangular, my nose has become completely short and upturned into a turned-up nose.
