Hi, I’m thinking about revision rhinoplasty. My current nose situation is that 10-12 years ago I had rhinoplasty with ear cartilage and silicone, then about 2 years ago, without really knowing anything, I just trusted a place my friend had gone to and had surgery with autologous costal cartilage and silicone… Two weeks later, after the splint was removed, I immediately had an inflammatory reaction, so it was removed. Then 3 months later, I had revision surgery with artificial dermis, while leaving the autologous costal cartilage that had been left as it was. Now about a year and a half has passed, and I really don’t like the shape, and it turns out the director at the hospital where I had that revision surgery and I really didn’t match in terms of the aesthetic aspect either. Right now, because of frequent revision surgeries, my tissue is on the firm side too, so um…

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
