Went for a consultation because of contracture. First of all, I liked that the director was meticulous. The cause of my revision rhinoplasty is obviously contracture, but they didn't stop there. They carefully checked the extent to which restoration is possible and the current degree of progression, and recommended using autologous costal cartilage and a custom implant to recreate the shape and line. Director Kim Ji-hoon does seem to do a lot of custom implants originally, but for now I'm satisfied. The estimate also wasn't extremely high, so it's within the range I had in mind, and I think I'll go to a few more consultations elsewhere before deciding.
